This month we will be doing a joint club meeting for all BEWBC and BEEWBC members at a more central location.  At this meeting we'll be doing the following:

• Learning about beer faults - smell and taste FlavorActiv Faults Kit 
• Tasting your "faulty" beer 
• Picking our entries for Pyramid's Wild World of Wheats Competition
• Tasting your good beer 
• Hearing your inputs for 2008!

Wine Maker’s Forum

Come and joint the club with some of its past and present members in a wine maker’s forum.  We will establish a panel of pro and amateur wine makers to discuss their techniques and answer any of the burning questions you may have.  There is still some time left where you can adjust your 2007 wines so bring your questions.

Happy New Year!  I hope everyone's holiday went well.

Well, first things first.  The club currently does not have a nomination for president and needs one as soon as possible in order to get planning for this year.  The rest of the executive board is set for 2008 and we have a full line of volunteers for non-elected positions.  We just need one of our members to help lead the club to another successful year.
