In our effort to bring all beer meetings all the time, our July beer meeting will be at Airways Brewing Company in Kent. On July 9^th they officially open their expanded tap room so we’ll have plenty of space and can see the new brewery unfolding in the back.

Alex (the brewer) has taken up a strong passion for cask beers. He’s been working on developing his skills with this classic style of serving and will talk to us about what cask conditioning is all about. We’ll talk the overall concept, what kinds of beers work for serving on cask, what equipment is needed, and what kind of processes you need to know about to cask condition a beer. Plus it is their cask night so they will have their cask beer on tap! Come early to make sure you get some! It’ll be fun, informal, and a great time.
