In this month's joint meeting with the Alers, we'll discuss dry hops. Colin Lenfesty from Holy Mountain Brewing will talk about dry hops and how to select them, what to do with them and tips on getting the most out of them. Larry's Brewing Supply is compiling an order of fresh hops for later this summer so you can get your order in for some hops soon!
We'll also have our style sherpa cover a major style as well as tackle the Iron Brewer Competition. Don't forget to bring some beer (or wine or mead)!
