About Us: Membership Form

The Boeing Everett Employees Wine and Beer Makers Club began in 1990 strictly as a beer making club whereas the southend Boeing Employees Wine and Beer Club has focused mainly on wine. The BEEWBC was founded by the late Brian Sollenberger, who was also a founding member of the successful Diamond Knot Brewery and Alehouse. Over the years much of the club’s focus has switched to winemaking but we still have a number of brewers and the club owns two three-tier brewing systems. We also have a couple of crusher/destemmers and several fruit presses for wine making.

We currently offer a variety of both wine and beer events and social activities but we do not meet on a regular basis. The monthly meetings, when we have them, usually alternate between wine and beer, typically including a presentation by our VP of wine or VP of beer. By sharing experiences and sampling each others creations we all enhance our skill and knowledge in this ancient art.
